Augmented reality is one of the most potential technologies for education. Especially in learning Physics material that not real. Wave appropriate topics if we study it using augmented media. The purpose this research to develop, validate, and check reliability reality-based media on mechanical wave material. This an R&D ADDIE-type instructional design model. was designed Blender, Vuforia, Unity applications. Blender application used create 3D models, Vuforia markers, final displayed students' androids. has produced a 46-page physics module integrated with consisting 17 markers about waves. size 222 Mb Apk format Android version 4.1 Jelly Bean 13 MP camera. After testing validity 3 experts (experts), namely experts, pedagogic as well expert users (expert users), average value user 4.5 4.8 maximum score 5. Media also assessed good by 20 student responses. So can be said valid according users, users.
